Thanks for that Ron, I'm wondering why the release dates keep getting pushed out? Must be some inherent problems with the new design.....

Well, I guess that means we'll be waiting quite a while longer for the 200-400. Canon have had quite a bit of trouble getting their new lenses out given how long ago they discontinued the old versions. They must be loosing a lot of sales to Nikon as a result, especially as Nikon kit is now significantly cheaper than the Canon equivalents.
