This Pied Wagtail was flying up and down a field on the eastern edge of Woolhampton lakes. As I stood watching it, I noticed that every so often it would land on either the fence posts that separated the lake from the field or the barbed wire strung between the posts.
When it landed on the barbed wire not far from me I decided it might be an opportunity to practice some field craft so I crept as close as I could and fired off a few frames.
